Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days (not including holidays or weekends) of receipt of returned products.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND?

Because our products are printed and unique, therefore we only accept returns and refund your order if the request meets the conditions below:

Within 5 days from the date of receiving your package, you have to notify us of the below reasons:

  • The products have been damaged.
  • The printing quality is blurry or materials are not as described on our website
  • Different designs or sizes from your order.

Please keep in mind we do not accept returns/refunds of items due to dissatisfaction with the item’s material. Materials are stated in the description section so please consider them when placing an order.

EVIDENCE TO SUBMIT FOR REFUND

Submitting all evidence to clarify shipping/product errors is very important to our refund process. Please note that all required pictures must be sent. Otherwise, we cannot give you a refund. You can find the attached pictures below for example:

  1. Picture of the shipping label
  2. Picture of product SKU
  3. Picture of the product and the error you found (material flawed, different design, different size)

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet after we inform you, please first double-check your bank account.
Second, you can contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Third, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items not arrived

If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. You’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Bags as once the item is bagged we don’t have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if the problems still persist kindly email us Mail: [email protected] we’ll try our greatest to help you.

Sometimes tracking information won’t be available. This could be due to technical issues because of which the tracking information isn’t updated on the app. In such cases, if you’re still unable to locate your item, contact us.
